And you see…’s all about accountability

So, after a couple of conference calls today, one yesterday and a health coach phone session tomorrow I should be all accounted for.  Let me explain:

     I want to build my business and not lose track of the prize of My Love leaving the casino.  I will work every day to hold up my end of my business.  Go out, prospect, make appointments, show the deal and sign them up. BOOM! 🙂 Repeat!  In addition to that I have signed up for a Mastermind accountability group.  We have weekly reading goals and a score card with a points system to achieve the amount of success we desire.  Sounds good right?  Of course it is.  I’m excited!

     Simultaneously, I am working with a Health Coach.  (It’s My Love’s sister, she needs guinea pigs)  I have my BIG goals, and broken down into doable weekly goals for healthy eating and working out.  I have a hefty weight loss goal.  I’m hoping to incorporate weight training back into my fitness routine next week.  My Love will be making his return to CrossFit, he’s quite excited!  Oh, I’m supposed to be keeping a food journal too…oops

I feel quite over whelmed but week one is done…My book just got here for my Mastermind group, I understand the points system better for the score card and all conference calls were successful!  Time to dial it in and do better for next week.  I’m in!

That being said…tomorrow is My Love’s “Friday”!  He will be off Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  We’re going to the Red Sox game on Wednesday (I suppose since it’s in Denver, people would call it a Rockies game, details) and I’m pretty excited about it!

I’m hoping since I have to be accountable in a few areas already, that I’ll become more likely to be accountable in all areas…Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself 🙂  

After my cardio today I rewarded myself with a first attempt at a smoothie.  It was oj, banana and strawberry…..yummmmm.  I had a taco salad for dinner and it was surprisingly good! I’m hoping to get more efficient in healthy meal prep.  Do any of you have any tips or tricks to keep a healthy life and healthy choices on the easier side?
